What’s In My One Month Makeover? 👀
I get so many people asking what’s actually in my plan, so here is a run down :)
It’s a weight loss plan I follow & have created to help myself and others lose weight, and to strengthen & tone specifically the abs, glutes (butt), and inner thighs. It’s 24 pages with workouts for each day of the week from Monday-Friday, & you follow/repeat it for a month. ❤️ You can follow it for even longer than a month. :) I named it the One Month Makeover because I suggest people to follow it for at LEAST a month and that’s when most are sending in their progress pictures, but many are following it for longer and you can follow it for as long as you’d like ❤️ I’ve had people see substantial results as early as one week! These are the exact meals and workouts I do. Here is a rundown of what’s in it:
- Introduction & my weight loss story
- Complete meals and snacks for Monday-Sunday
- Exact workouts and exercises for Monday-Sunday, with pictures of how to perform the exercises on the same page so you don’t have to flip back & forth when working out
- Recipes for all meals in the plan
- DIY weights for people who don’t have access to a gym and want to be able to perform all the exercises in the comfort of their own home without having to buy any excess equipment
